A presentation on how writing, drawing, singing, dancing and more can help you overcome hard things in life. Discussions on bullying, grief, and other hard things that affect young people.
All Mimsy Were the Adjectives
In this workshop we use Lewis Carroll's Jabberwocky to talk about the origins of words, discuss parts of speech, and to explore neologisms and nonsense words.
What Makes a Short Story?
In this workshop we'll discuss what makes a good story (beginning, middle, end) and how to accomplish that in a short story format. We'll read some famous short stories, and then write some together!
